## Customer Service / Technical Questions

#### What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and you also have the option to use PayPal.

#### Do you have a corporate or group rate?

 Yes, we have corporate and group rates available. Please see our Groups page for more information.

#### I can’t log in to my account, what should I do?

 The fastest, easiest method is to use the “Recover Password” option on the login screen, located just below the Password box. Alternatively, you can contact technical support at [877-440-6049](tel:+18774406049) from Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm Eastern Time.

#### Can I retake the exam if I don’t pass the first time?

 You may retake the exam as many times as necessary.

#### I lost my Certificate of Online Training, can I reprint it?

Yes, you can reprint your Certificate of Online Training for any class by logging in to your account during the two-year course validation period (one year for Bloodborne Pathogens).
