I can’t log in to my account, what should I do?

The fastest, easiest method is to use the “Recover Password” option on the login screen, located just below the Password box. Alternatively, you can contact technical support at 877-440-6049 from Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm Eastern Time.

Can I retake the exam if I don’t pass the first time?

You may retake the exam as many times as necessary.

I lost my Certificate of Online Training, can I reprint it?

Yes, you can reprint your Certificate of Online Training for any class by logging in to your account during the two-year course validation period (one year for Bloodborne Pathogens).
